In its standard configuration, the 350m2 house offers 7 bedrooms, 15 beds and 6 bathrooms for a total capacity of 16 people. A first option offers 2 additional bedrooms (+4 beds) and a shower room to bring the total to 20 people. A second option offers a 50m2 reception room/seminar room and a fully-equipped kitchen that can increase the capacity of the accommodation (this room can accommodate 20 people together, either for lunch or for meetings).
Corporate seminars
“Susci” is comfortable, spacious, relaxing and functional. As a result, the house lends itself particularly well to hosting company seminars, workshops, team building or other VIP business events.
