Cleaning and departure [important]
If beds have not been occupied, please leave them clean. Do the same for unused towels. We try in our modest way to do our bit for the environment by washing only the linen you have used.
To do this, please remove the dust from all used sheets and leave them in each room with the used towels. This will make it easier for the people who come to clean up after you. Thank you for your time!
The cleaning service you have paid for includes the cleaning of the house following normal use.
The cleaning service also includes the cleaning of the linen provided and the setting/cleaning of the sheets.
However, the cleaning service DOES NOT include your daily cleaning, which you are responsible for doing yourself. You must therefore leave the house in an appropriate state of cleanliness; all rubbish bins must be emptied by you; all crockery and cutlery must be clean and put away before you leave.
All crockery must be clean and put away before you leave (in particular, washing machines must be emptied, except possibly a dishwasher if you are leaving).
washing machine if you are leaving after a meal); the fridge must also be emptied; bathrooms and showers rinsed; etc.
Hoovers and cleaning utensils are available if you need them during your stay.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MOVE THE FURNITURE DURING YOUR STAY.
Thank you for respecting these instructions, and also for tidying everything up as you found it when you arrived. And if you inadvertently you break something, please let us know immediately so that we can work together to find the best solution. This is to avoid having to the deposit, which is difficult for everyone.
Safety [important]
In the living room, you will find a binder entitled “Guide to using the house”, which you must read on arrival.
This guide contains a number of important safety points, in addition to the usual safety rules, particularly with regard to the use of the wood-burning stove. Please pay particular attention to them for your own safety and that of your children.
You are entirely responsible for the use of the house throughout your stay.
In particular, never leave young children unsupervised in the house or garden.
The bunk bed in the should only be used if parents feel that it is safe for their children to sleep there. The use of this bunk bed by children is under the full responsibility of their parents.
And if you decide to light the stove, a responsible adult must be present in the room at all times when the stove is in use and for as long as it is in use and until the glass has cooled.
The same applies to all cooking appliances, which should not be used without adult supervision.
Access

By car, enter “Château de Suscinio” on your GPS. When you reach the château, leave it on your right and continue straight on for 150 metres. At the bend in the road, take the small road marked “no entry except for residents”. The house is 50 metres along the road on the right.
